4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • The client owns final deliverables after full payment
  • Dastek Softwares retains rights to reusable frameworks, libraries, tools, and methodologies

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dastek Softwares Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding invoices remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
